Peter Feinberg
Mr. Feinberg has served on our Board of Directors since January 2021. Mr. Feinberg was a Founding Member of Boxcar Partners, a venture capital investment firm with a focus on biotechnology investing, and has served as Partner there since 2019. Mr. Feinberg is also a Founder of Sporos Bioventures, LLC, a private biotechnology company focused on transforming the drug development process across oncology. In addition, he currently serves as Co-Founder of BridgeBio Pharma, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company focusing on genetic diseases, Boxcar PMJ LP and Emerging Security Solutions. He has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where he served as a Managing Director. Mr. Feinberg has served on the board of directors of Notable Labs, LTD., a publicly traded biotechnology company, since September 2023. Mr. Feinberg received his B.S. in finance from Whittier College.
